When Selling a home there are 3 main issues
1. Condition
2. Price
3. Location
We can't move the home however we can control the price and condition of the property.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when selling your home.
A. Create Curb appeal
B. Look inside and outside of the home for repairs that may be needed
C. Reduce Clutter
D. Make sure there are no more than 3 items on any tables in the home
E. Remove any stacks of paper, magazines, games, etc.
F. A Neutral Color Palette always looks clean
G. Look for any marks or damage on the lower portion of walls
H. Clean Carpets
I. Keep the home Clean and Tidy
